# Tài liệu văn bản

Để thiết lập và quản lý tài liệu - văn bản, tại trang quản trị Nobi Pro, bạn vào **Mở rộng -> Tài liệu văn bản**. Giao diện sẽ hiển thị như hình dưới.

Mỗi một tài liệu đều thuộc một nhóm tài liệu. Do đó để thêm mới tài liệu bạn cần thiết lập nhóm tài liệu để người dùng dễ dàng quản lý.

## 1. Thêm mới tài liệu

Bước 1: Tại giao diện quản lý tài liệu văn bản, click "thêm mới"-> Form thêm mới tài liệu hiển thị

Bước 2: Nhập thông tin, tải file tài liệu - văn bản vào form.

Bước 3: Click "Thêm mới"

## 2. Cập nhật danh mục tài liệu

Để cập nhật tài liệu, bạn vui lòng thực hiện theo các bước sau:

Bước 1: Click dấu 3 chấm bên phải tài liệu

Bước 2: Click "Sửa" -> Form cập nhật hiển thị

Bước 3: Nhập thông tin cần cập nhật vào form

Bước 4: Click "cập nhật"

## 3. Xóa danh mục tài liệu

Để xóa tài liệu, bạn vui lòng thực hiện theo các bước sau:

Bước 1: Click dấu 3 chấm bên phải  tài liệu

Bước 2: Click "Xóa"

Bước 3: Click "Đồng ý"
