# Thiết lập

Sau khi đã có [nhiệm vụ](https://help.nobita.pro/nobi-sales/nhiem-vu-ket-qua/nhiem-vu) và [kết quả](#1.-thiet-lap-nhiem-vu-ket-qua), bây giờ bạn hãy thiết lập kết quả phù hợp với từng nhiệm vụ để dễ dàng quản lý danh sách lead trên hệ thống nhé.

Sau khi đã có nhiệm vụ và kết quả, bây giờ bạn hãy thiết lập kết quả phù hợp với từng nhiệm vụ để dễ dàng quản lý danh sách lead trên hệ thống nhé.

### 1. Thiết lập nhiệm vụ/kết quả

Trước tiên bạn cần vào **tab thiết lập**, giao diện hiển thị như hình dưới. 

Bước 1: Chọn nhiệm vụ muốn thiết lập 

Bước 2: Click "**Thêm kết quả**" -> Form thêm điều kiện hiển thị

Bước 3: Kết quả: Lựa chọn kết quả tương ứng với nhiệm vụ trên (Kết quả hiển thị theo danh sách kết quả bạn đã thiết lập ở tab kết quả)

Bước 4: Nhiệm vụ tiếp theo: Chọn nhiệm vụ sẽ thực hiện tiếp theo sau nhiệm vụ 1 ***(\*\*Lưu ý: Nếu kết quả của nhiệm vụ 1 là thành công/thất bại, sẽ không có nhiệm vụ tiếp theo)***

Bước 5: Lựa chọn thời gian sẽ thực hiện nhiệm vụ tiếp theo sau nhiệm vụ 1 (Ô đầu tiên nhập số ngày, ô thứ 2 nhập số giờ, ô thứ 3 nhập số phút)

Bước 6: Lưu điều kiện. 

Ở bước 3, trường hợp kết quả chưa có trong danh sách, bạn có thể bấm vào ô có dấu (+) bên phải để thêm mới kết quả nhé.

Với thiết lập nhiệm vụ/kết quả đã tạo ra, bạn có thể sắp xếp vị trí, cập nhật, xóa thiết lập đó.

### 2. Sắp xếp thiết lập

Để sắp xếp các thiết lập theo vị trí phù hợp, tại danh sách các thiết lập, hãy kéo thiết lập thả vào vị trí mong muốn. 

### 3. Cập nhật thiết lập

Để cập nhật thiết lập nhiệm vụ/kết quả, tại danh sách đã thiết lập, bạn hãy thực hiện theo các bước sau:

Bước 1: Chọn nhiệm vụ cần cập nhật 

Bước 2: Click vào biểu tượng 3 chấm bên phải kết quả của nhiệm vụ cần cập nhật

Bước 3: Click "Sửa" ->Form cập nhật hiển thị 

Bước 4: Nhập thông tin 

Bước 5: Cập nhật.

### 4. Xóa thiết lập

Để xóa thiết lập nhiệm vụ/kết quả, tại danh sách đã thiết lập, bạn hãy thực hiện theo các bước sau:

Bước 1: Chọn nhiệm vụ có kết quả cần xóa

Bước 2: Click vào biểu tượng 3 chấm bên phải kết quả của nhiệm vụ cần xóa

Bước 3: Click "Xóa"
