# Chiến dịch email
Để thiết lập và quản lý các chiến dịch, đầu tiên bạn hãy vào **Marketing -> Marketing đa kênh -> Email Marketing -> Tab chiến dịch email**
### 1. Thêm chiến dịch
Tại giao diện tab chiến dịch email, để thêm mới chiến dịch, bạn vui lòng thực hiện theo các bước sau:
Bước 1: Click "Thêm chiến dịch" -> Form thêm chiến dịch hiển thị.
Bước 2: Nhập thông tin vào Form, đảm bảo nhập đầy đủ các thông tin bắt buộc vào các trường có dấu hoa thị (\*)
Bước 3: Nhấn "Thêm mới" để hoàn thành.
*Lưu ý:* Những chiến dịch được thêm thành công ở khách hàng nào thì sẽ hiển thị ở chi tiết của khách hàng đó.
### 2. Cập nhật chiến dịch
Tại giao diện danh sách các chiến dịch email, để cập nhật chiến dịch, vui lòng thực hiện theo các bước sau:
(1) Click dấu 3 chấm bên phải chiến dịch email
(2) Click "Sửa" -> Form cập nhật chiến dịch hiển thị
(3) Cập nhật các thông tin
(4) Click "Cập nhật"
***\*\* Lưu ý: Các chiến dịch đã gửi cho khách hàng sẽ không được phép cập nhật.***
### 3. Xóa chiến dịch
Tại giao diện danh sách các chiến dịch email, để xóa chiến dịch, vui lòng thực hiện theo các bước sau:
(1) Click dấu 3 chấm bên phải chiến dịch email
(2) Click "Xóa" -> Form cập nhật chiến dịch hiển thị
(3) Click "Đồng ý"
### 4. Chi tiết chiến dịch
Để xem chi tiết chiến dịch email, tại giao diện danh sách chiến dịch, click vào chiến dịch cần xem -> Danh sách chiến dịch hiển thị.
