# Nhóm khách hàng

So với việc tách riêng lẻ khách hàng thì tạo nhóm khách hàng, gom tất cả khách hàng có điểm chung vào 1 nhóm sẽ giúp bạn dễ dàng chăm sóc và thực hiện chiến dịch Marketing, tiết kiệm thời gian và mang lại hiệu quả cao đấy nhé.

Vậy tạo nhóm khách hàng như thế nào? Cùng thực hiện theo các hướng dẫn dưới đây nào!!!!

Tại trang quản trị Nobi Pro, bạn cần vào **Thiết lập -> Danh mục -> Nhóm khách hàng.**

### **1. Thêm mới nhóm khách hàng**

Bước 1: Click "Thêm nhóm KH"

Bước 2: Nhập tên nhóm

Bước 3: Click "Thêm mới"

### 2. Cập nhật nhóm khách hàng

Để thực hiện cập nhật nhóm khách hàng, bạn vui lòng thực hiện theo các bước sau

Bước 1: Click dấu 3 chấm bên phải nhóm khách hàng

Bước 2: Click "Sửa" -> Form cập nhật hiển thị

Bước 3: Nhập thông tin cần sửa vào form

Bước 4: Click "Cập nhật"

### 3. Xóa nhóm KH

Để thực hiện xóa nhóm khách hàng, bạn vui lòng thực hiện theo các bước sau

Bước 1: Click dấu 3 chấm bên phải nhóm khách hàng

Bước 2: Click "Xóa" 

Bước 3: Click "Đồng ý"
