# Thêm khách hàng

Thêm mới khách hàng là thao tác cơ bản để bạn khởi tạo các thông tin của khách hàng và quản lý công nợ trong quá trình giao dịch sau này. Để thêm khách hàng, bạn cần đảm bảo đã thêm nhóm khách hàng và thêm nguồn khách hàng vào hệ thống.

### 1. Thêm mới khách hàng

Để thực hiện chức năng này, tại trang quản trị Nobi Pro , bạn cần vào **Nobi Pos -> Khách hàng.**

Đối với tính năng thêm khách hàng, bạn có thể thực hiện thêm mới khách hàng bằng 2 cách.

**Cách 1: Thêm mới khách hàng từ hệ thống**

Bước 1: Tại giao diện danh sách khách hàng, click "Thêm mới" -> Form thêm mới khách hàng hiển thị. 

Bước 2: Điền đầy đủ thông tin vào form. Lưu ý các trường có dấu hoa thị (\*) là trường bắt buộc không được để trống. 

***Đối với khách hàng cá nhân***

Bước 3: Click "Thêm mới"

**Cách 2: Thêm mới khách hàng bằng cách nhập file excel**

\*\*Yêu cầu: File excel nhập vào hệ thống đảm bảo phải đúng như các trường trong file mẫu.

Cách thêm mới khách hàng bằng cách nhập file excel như sau:

Bước 1: Tại giao diện danh sách khách hàng, click "Nhập file"

Bước 2: Tải file mẫu để đối chiếu nếu cần (Không cần thiết có thể bỏ qua bước 2)

Bước 3: Upload file lên hệ thống

Bước 4: Click "Tải lên"

Khi upload file excel, dữ liệu sẽ không lưu nếu bạn chọn vào các tính năng:

* Trùng số điện thoại
* Trùng họ tên 
* Trùng địa chỉ email
