# SMS mẫu

Tương tự như các kênh mạng xã hội, phần mềm Nobi Pro tích hợp tính năng tạo mẫu tin nhắn tự động gửi cho khách hàng qua SMS.  Vậy làm thế nào để bạn có thể tạo ra các mẫu tin nhắn với nội dung phù hợp với từng chiến dịch? Tham khảo ngay cách thêm mới mẫu tin nhắn được hướng dẫn dưới đây nhé. 

Để thêm mẫu tin nhắn, tại trang quản trị Nobi Pro , bạn vào **Nobi Marketing -> SMS mareting -> Tab SMS mẫu.** Giao diện sẽ hiển thị như hình dưới.

### **1. Thêm mẫu SMS**

Tại giao diện tab SMS mẫu, để thêm mới mẫu SMS, bạn hãy thực hiện theo các bước sau:

(1) Click "Thêm mẫu"

(2) Nhập thông tin gồm tên mẫu, nội dung mẫu (bạn có thể chèn dữ liệu tự động vào nội dung tin nhắn)

(3) Click "Thêm mới"

### 2. Cập nhật SMS mẫu

Tại giao diện danh sách SMS mẫu, để cập nhật SMS mẫu, bạn vui lòng thực hiện theo các bước:

(1) Click dấu 3 chấm bên phải SMS mẫu

(2) Click "Sửa"

(3) Click "Cập nhật"

### 3. Xóa SMS mẫu

Tại giao diện danh sách SMS mẫu, để xóa SMS mẫu, bạn vui lòng thực hiện theo các bước:

(1) Click dấu 3 chấm bên phải SMS mẫu

(2) Click "Xóa"

(3) Click "Đồng ý"
