# Thống kê hàng hoàn

Báo cáo hàng hoàn sẽ cung cấp đến bạn thống kê số lượng đơn hàng hoàn lại của một chi nhánh, trong một ngày hoặc 1 khoảng thời gian bạn muốn xem. Bạn có thể lựa chọn hiển thị các đơn hàng hoàn theo thời gian, theo nhân viên, theo sản phẩm, theo đơn vị vận chuyển. 

Tại trang quản trị Nobi Pro, để theo dõi báo cáo thống kê hàng hoàn, bạn vào mục **Marketing -> Báo cáo vận đơn -> Thống kê hàng hoàn**. 

Các trường bảng kết quả thống kê hiển thị bao gồm:

* Tổng đơn hoàn
* Đơn hoàn 1 phần
* Đơn hoàn toàn phần
* Phí hoàn 1 phần
* Phí hoàn toàn phần
* Giá trị hoàn 1 phần
* Giá trị hoàn toàn phần
