# Phiếu thu

Phiếu thu có thể tự động sinh ra thông qua các hoạt động giao dịch trên hệ thống hoặc do bạn tự tạo để cân bằng tổng thu trong cửa hàng của mình.

Để tạo và quản lý phiếu thu, tại trang quản trị Nobi Pro , bạn vào **Nobi Pos ->  Sổ quỹ -> Tab Phiếu thu**. Giao diện sẽ hiển thị như hình dưới.

## 1. Tạo phiếu thu

Để tạo mới phiếu thu, bạn vui lòng thực hiện theo các thao tác sau:

Bước 1: Click "Thêm mới " -> Form thêm phiếu hiển thị

Bước 2: Nhập thông tin vào phiếu thu, bao gồm các trường:

* Tên phiếu thu
* Số tiền phải thu
* Khách hàng
* Loại phiếu (Xem hướng dẫn thiết lập loại phiếu: [**TẠI ĐÂY**](https://help.nobita.pro/thiet-lap/danh-muc/loai-so-quy))
* Chọn ngày thanh toán
* Chọn trạng thái thanh toán
* Chọn phương thức thanh toán (Hướng dẫn thiết lập phương thức thanh toán: [**TẠI ĐÂY**](https://help.nobita.pro/thiet-lap/thiet-lap/phuong-thuc-thanh-toan))
* Chọn người lập phiếu
* Lập phiếu cho ai
* Ghi chú (nếu có)
* Check vào nếu không hoạch toán

## 2. Cập nhật phiếu thu

Để cập nhật phiếu thu, tại giao diện quản lý phiếu thu, bạn vui lòng thực hiện theo các bước sau:

Bước 1: Click dấu 3 chấm bên phải phiếu thu

Bước 2: Click "Sửa" -> Form cập nhật hiển thị

Bước 3: Nhập thông tin cần cập nhật

Bước 4: Click "Cập nhật"

## 3. Xóa phiếu thu

Để xóa phiếu thu, tại giao diện quản lý phiếu thu, bạn vui lòng thực hiện theo các bước sau:

Bước 1: Click dấu 3 chấm bên phải phiếu thu

Bước 2: Click "Xóa"

Bước 3: Click "Đồng ý"
